Since our opening in September 2007 we are working non-stop with our 300 stores to offer the best service to our visitors. We provide a vast selection thanks to our 270.000m2 construction area, 87.000m2 store area, 3600 units carpark and wide range of stores. It is our pleasure to offer viable alternatives to our wide scale of visitors from all ages and backgrounds.

The shopping mall features both indoor and outdoor space. With its giant glass dome and glass ceilings our mall brings the sun in and gives our visitors the perceft harmony of indoor comfort and outdoor airiness.

We believe that our shopping mall should provide the highest standarts in service and presentation as well as in architectural details and technical solutions. Here, our visitors can experience the joy of sitting under the shade of a tree or the comfort of chit-chating with a local shopkeeper, together with the ultimate pleasure of watching a movie in a state-of-the-art theater or the fullfillment of living an active city life. We managed to combine fun, sports and shopping thanks to 12 theater cinema complex (1 IMAX 3D), 3500 m2 Hillside City Club gym and fine restaurants offering the delicacies of world cuisines. Also 20 little speciality stores at our Bazaar area are ready to serve your gourmet pleasures.

Since our day one, we put our name on a lot of beginnings. In 2008, world’s biggest real estate and retail expo, Mapic, crowned us as the “Shopping Mall developer of the Year Award”. In 2009, International Shopping Mall Council ICSC, awarded us with Grand Opening, Expansion & Renovation and Maxi Silver awards. Architectural

Not only does İstinyePark introduce a progressive philosophy to shopping, its architecture also features many innovations. The balanced presentation of outdoor and indoor spaces offers visitors an atmosphere that is both refreshing and comfortable. Visitors can easily find their way around because the stores are located on a single corridor. Activities for people of different ages or interests are held in activity areas that are found in different locations. The delightful interaction of water and light makes the environment enjoyable for visitors.

Work on the architectural design began in 2004 and the center was completed in June of 2007 after 26 months of construction. Construction of the building required the use of 600.000 m3 of excavation, 20.500 tons of rebars , 156.000 m3 of concrete, 430.000 m3 of concrete forms, 194.000 of flooring, 2,7 km of railing and 21.000 m2 of outside wall cladding. The building has a footprint of 45.000 m2 and contains 64 elevators. The 12 cinema theaters are located on the lower floors of the building, in contrast to common practice.

Automatic systems were installed during construction to keep energy usage to a minimum, thereby resulting in savings for ventilation and electricity. Three separate trash collection centers were set up to achieve efficient use of natural resources. Plastic, paper and glass waste is separated in different containers.
